What Dream Yard provides

Dream Yard generates AI-based landscape and garden design concepts from a photo you submit, along with a plant list intended to suit your location and an estimated cost range. This is provided free of charge through this website.

What a concept is not

A Dream Yard concept is an illustrative design idea, not a construction document, engineering drawing, or landscape architecture deliverable. It is not a bid, quote, or offer from any contractor. It is not a property valuation or appraisal. Cost ranges shown are estimates for planning purposes only and can differ materially from actual project cost, which depends on your specific site, materials, labor market, and the contractor you choose.

AI-generated content and presenters

Renders, concepts, and some video content on this site are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. Where Dream Yard content features presenters named Valeria and Diego, those are AI-generated virtual presenters, not real people, and any resemblance to a real person is unintentional.

Your photo and your property

You confirm that you have the right to submit any photo you upload, whether it is your own property or a property you have permission to submit under our listing agent permission process. Do not submit photos of a property you do not have rights to submit.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site is professional landscaping, architectural, structural, arborist, or legal advice. Verify plant suitability, drainage, utility locations, permit requirements, and structural considerations with a qualified professional before doing any work.
