This policy explains what Dream Yard collects when you use this site, why, and what your choices are. If something here is unclear, email team@dreamlandscaper.app and ask.

What we collect

When you request a free concept through the Get my concept form, we collect the email address you provide and the photo (or photos) of your yard that you upload. If you fill out the listing agent permission form, we collect the contact and property details you enter there.

We do not collect payment information on this site today, and we do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

Where your photo goes

Uploaded yard photos are stored in Supabase, a cloud storage provider, so we can generate your concept and, if you gave written permission via the permission form, feature the result. Photos submitted only through the free concept form are used to generate your concept and are not published without separate, written permission from you.

Where your email goes

Email addresses collected through this site are sent to MailerLite, our email service provider, so we can send you your concept and, if you do not opt out, occasional marketing email about Dream Yard. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops future marketing email immediately.

AI-generated hosts

Some Dream Yard content features two presenters, Valeria and Diego. Both are AI-generated virtual presenters, not real people. We disclose this here and will disclose it on the content itself so it is not mistaken for a real human endorsement.

What a concept is, and is not

A Dream Yard concept is an illustrative design idea generated from your photo. It is not a construction document, not a bid or quote from a contractor, and not a property valuation. Any cost figures we show are estimates for planning purposes only and can differ materially from actual project cost, which depends on your specific site, materials, labor market, and the contractor you choose.

Third parties we use

• Supabase, for storing uploaded photos and application data.
• MailerLite, for sending email and managing unsubscribes.
• AI model providers, to generate the design concept and renders from your photo.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any email we send.
• Request deletion of your photo or contact information by emailing team@dreamlandscaper.app.
• Ask what data we hold about you by emailing the same address.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects how we handle your data, we will update the date at the top of this page.
