We create AI landscape concepts for properties and share them on social and our blog. If you would like us to feature one of your listings, we need your written permission first. This takes about a minute.

Listing photos of the yard

Put the best wide shot of the backyard first. That one becomes the starting point for the redesign, so the concept looks like your actual property. Up to 6 photos, images only.

What you are agreeing to

I confirm I am the listing agent for this property, or I am authorized to act for the person who is.

I give Dream Yard permission to use photographs of this property to create and publish AI-generated landscape design concepts, and to show the original photographs alongside those concepts, on social media, on the Dream Yard website and blog, and in Dream Yard marketing.

I confirm that either the listing photographs are owned by me or my brokerage, or that I have the photographer's permission for this use. Where I have named a separate photo owner above, Dream Yard may contact them to confirm.

The concepts are illustrative design ideas. They are not construction documents, not a bid, and not a claim about the property's value or how it will sell.

This permission lasts while I hold the listing, and I can withdraw it at any time by emailing Dream Yard, after which no new posts will use the property.
