Connect Microsoft Outlook Calendar

Connect the account

Use the Microsoft account that owns the operational calendar your organization intends to share.

1. Open Business Settings and choose Integrations.
2. Find Microsoft Outlook and choose Connect.
3. Sign in to the correct Microsoft account.
4. Review and approve calendar access.
5. Return to the Calendar and choose Sync Outlook.

Send a Dream Landscaper event

Select Outlook under Sync this event to before saving. Imported Outlook events remain labeled with their source so team members understand where they originated.

Organization approval

Some Microsoft 365 organizations require an administrator to approve third party application access. If Microsoft reports that approval is required, contact the Microsoft 365 administrator for that organization.
