Have a big landscaping project that you need done fast and right? This is your place. Not only is their team the best in the business, but they get it done & done right. Their foreman Otis came here & is 320lbs of pure steel, you would think he was training for the NFL as ripped as he is. Our previous tree trimmer moved without warning, and without changing his number or message. For two years we tried to get him, and finally he changed his message to let former clients know that he'd moved to Texas! I was left without an option, Ryan came and a FOREST of a backyard. I did my research, then called Weller. Ryan came out in just two days. He went all around our property with me, wrote down everything we wanted trimmed and cleaned up. Because of the sheer volume of work, it took two days to get my two contracts - one for the trees, and one for the hedges and bushes. They sent the first crew to trim the trees about a week and a half later. It took three days, but they did a great job, really opened up our yard again, and got some sunlight back on what had become a very shaded yard in only 4 years. UPDATE: We've now we've had all our hedges done, too! The communication between administration and the workers isn't the best. My advice is to make sure you talk to the workers! THEY ARE HAPPY TO HELP!!! Max and Laramie descended on our place for two days to clean up all the weeds and scrub trees, then Christian and Dixon came the last day to cut our back hedge for the fencing people who are coming in a couple weeks, and need everything obstructive GONE. Max and I talked about everything before they started, walked the property one more time to be sure we were on the same page. They did EXACTLY what needed done. It looks SO MUCH BETTER, it's ready for the fence, AND THE PRICE WAS SO REASONABLE!!! I definitely recommend them again!

Tanner, Phil and his crew did an amazing job removing my very large tree. They had difficult access into my yard but they overcame those obstacles! They were very safety minded and left my yard in better shape than before they arrived! They were very careful to close up my fencing so my dogs did not escape. I would highly recommend them!

Great Communication at the beginning. I expressed what I was looking for on our tree trimming and advised I specifically did not want whole limbs cut off. There was no Communication on when they were scheduled to come out to do the work. Just showed up one day without notice. They did not honor my request to not have whole limbs cut off. Now the tree is completely bare on one side with no limbs. Would not recommend for tree work.

I first heard of Benson's from colleagues who endorsed the business's exceptional work and customer service; now I can say from experience that Benson's lives up to its great reputation. I called for free estimate and initially was unable to reach a representative, but within 10 seconds the owner's wife herself, Samantha Benson, called me back and was able to schedule a visit for the same week. I was further impressed when the owner himself, Adam Benson, arrived to walk the premises and provide the estimate. Not only were the Bensons' highly knowledgeable and clear in their communication, but they were also very personable; which can be hard to find from many service providers. The same morning Adam walked the property and answered a wide-variety of landscaping questions for me, he was able to design the layout for a rock garden and coordinate a crew to begin work that very afternoon. I was prepared to have to wait for weeks to months, knowing the demand for landscaping this time of year and in my area, so I was blown away by that turnaround time. The landscaping crew reflected the balanced professionalism and personability of the owners. Mason, Carson, and Ethan were efficient, tidy, and clearly experienced. Additionally, they were very kind to me, my wife, and my daughter during our interactions. Their timeliness matched their kindness: they completed a perfect rock garden around the entire perimeter of the house within the span of a business day. Not only did they need to start from scratch, as the prior homeowners had no landscaping, but they also had to tear out some wild raspberries and shoddy planters that were installed under the deck. They repurposed the soil from the planters to help with grading the rock garden and disposed of the refuse. Really, they went the extra mile to ensure a clean result.
