Overall good experience with Caliscapes OC! Oscar came out and thoroughly listened to what we wanted to do then gave us a detailed and competitive quote with pictures. Everything was digital so it was easy to accept the quote and pay for the services online. No additional fees for credit card payments either which was very nice. The work was completed within two days which was much faster than originally anticipated. Everything was very professionally done, the workspace was clean after each day and they even provided their own portapotty. Communication was and still continues to be a bit of an issue. We had asked for explicit watering instructions for each type of plant since there is a guarantee on each plant for a specific amount of time. It took a few days to long after the job was complete to actually receive the written instructions, something both parties agreed upon well before the job started. Additionally a few of the planted trees in the backyard are very unhealthy looking which we informed the team of right away, well within the guarantee period. It has now been almost three months after completion of the job and we still have not been able to make any progress on fixing or replacing the dead trees. We will occasionally receive a call or text back but it does not seem like the issue is being taken seriously which is unfortunate. Overall I would recommend Caliscapes as I am happy with the speed of the job from start to finish and the finished product, but communication could be much better.

Probably one of the worst “companies” in Orange County. They’ll take your money but if you want the work done you must call/email and complain then they’ll come out even though they’re paid for weekly/monthly service. And when they do work it’s half ass, sloppy awful work at best. Just had your car detailed? They could care less to use gas powered leaf blowers all over/around it covering it in dirt and chipping your paint. Communicating this to them yields no response cause they could care less as long as they can keep stealing money from you! This is in reply to Earthco's response....... "As much as I'd like to believe anything you've written history has proven it to be complete BS. This has been going on for YEARS and your assurances that this is not the way you do business is about as empty as baseless as your performance. We've already addressed the issue through our POA. Your lack of consistent appearances at the properties your paid to maintain cause a backlog of work. When that backlog is addressed with half-ass effort you get properties covered in dirt/dust and employees cars covered in the same debris. The only hope I have anymore is someone sues you for the damage your causing and you change your processes"

After visiting our neighbor’s landscaping we decided to look for a proposal from Aquaterra Landscape since we liked the whole design of the yard and the quality of the job. Fidel and his crew did a huge over-grown hillside clean up and also trimmed 6 of our huge 30+ year old Ficus trees, along with our queen palm trees. Just finished a major refresh on our front and back yard.Sergio and his team were not only great to work with but also very efficient. They did full front sod, new trees and mid size planting, color all around corrected all sprinklers, added where needed, adjusted all landscape lighting and cleaned up daily. Repaired the fountain and refocused lighting as needed. We finished a week ago and Sergio and George have both been back to check the watering and plant growth. I highly recommend Sergio and his team for any landscape work you might have. They do big and small jobs. I am not related to this contractor and was in the landscape business myself so I know when it's done right!
