The new dry-scape includes a small paver patio area, a flagstone path, several large boulders, new "mow" strips, and addition of decorative rock. Plus provision for irrigation of new plants included in the design. In addition to the lawn conversion, clean-up was done in surrounding plant beds (weeding and removal of old bark only). So a project with many components, requiring multiple areas of expertise. After an extended delay due to weather, the crew moved quickly to complete each stage of the project. It was clear they had a definite plan to make sure the right materials and the right crew were available. The patio, the path, and the mow-strips came out beautiful. Everything done with a lot of care but efficiently as well. Ray was able to secure all the materials that I had specified, and all were installed correctly. In the process, our project foreman, Octavio, volunteered suggestions for improvement, which I appreciated and adopted. It really felt like a collaborative effort on-site. Ray was always our primary contact, and he worked closely with us on scheduling and communicating closely with his foreman. He is very client-oriented. I almost canʻt believe that Excel was able to transform my rough but detailed 8” X 11” sketch into a rock-scape exactly as I imagined it, but only better than I imagined it. My husband and I are very happy with it (and donʻt miss the old lawn at all!) We were also happy with the timeframe in which the project was completed.

The only bad reviews I found was because there was some type of miscommunication. I had Loose Dirt re-gravel my long driveway. It had several areas where rain had washed it out in past years and it was a mess to drive up. I had several other companies come give me quotes and plans of how they would fix it that were really high and seemed too elaborate for a gravel driveway. When I talked to Matt I felt immediately like he really knew what he was talking about and he heard me. I was scheduled quickly because the rain was starting and his team was friendly and very competent. The driveway looks great and has held up against the weather. Most professional, best performing contractor I've ever hired over the last 50 years of home ownership. All work performed competently with no delays. Tony Jr. was very skilled st helping us define our design elements and even recommended another awesome contractor for the patio cover. Crews were polite and left the work site spotless. Job consisted of removing fence and gutting back yard including removing 8x10 shed located within 4 feet of house, removal of existing patio and concrete porch, installation of new fence, concrete, irrigation system and low voltage lighting. Its beautiful. Cant praise these folks enough.

Tony Sr and Tony Jr. and the whole staff are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, kind and excellent at what they do. I initially made contact with AD Landscape in 2018, to gather a proposal, but we had two setbacks that stalled the project. When I called them up 2 years later, Kayla, and Alicia remembered who I was and was able to pull up the last proposal and make minor adjustments. We had our back yard designed from a previous plan. Tony Sr, is amazing at seeing the big picture. It is a God given gift! They re-landscaped, and Tony Jr proposed a “smart”watering and drip system. They suggested new plants integrated with the old ones. Tony Jr, went to Green Acres with us to help evaluate plants! That was amazing! The fine details of how everything fit is really a work of art. He listened to my ideas for my front lawn, looked at my rough sketches, and then gave me great suggestions to make it even better.
