Carson and team have been wonderful to work with. We purchased an older home, and the yard was in need of a major overhaul. They took out trees, ground stumps, trimmed everything back, got rid of all the overgrown ivy, and regraded the back yard. Carson was a consummate professional throughout the process. UPDATE We loved the wall so much, we had Green Dream out to do a patio and it is awesome! We are doing so many projects around the house but the patio is definitely at the top of the list. We couldn't be happier and can't wait to schedule another project with Trevor and his crew at Green Dream! Trevor and his team built a retaining wall for me and it is AWESOME! We hired Green Dream Landscaping for a large residential project, which included landscaping, hardscaping and the addition of irrigation in our backyard. The total contract price was $76,225, which was paid in full. We've had several issues with the quality of both Green Dream's products and work, from hardscaping that lacks sufficient mortar (acknowledged by the owner, Trevor Danneman, himself) to trees (now 3) that started dying 6 weeks after planting. Over the last 3 months, I have contacted Green Dream 3 times via email regarding these issues and they will not respond. As you can see from other recent reviews, this appears to be a pattern with Green Dream. I have been forced to file a DPOR complaint as it is apparent they have no plans on taking accountability. It's worth mentioning Green Dream was also hired to take over all of our standard lawn care last year, including maintenance of our garden beds. The total they charged for the annual maintenance contract was $4,609. See the last two photos of what one of my beds looked like the day I finally terminated their services. I did express my unhappiness with the owner and let him know I would be posting these photos online, which he did not seem the least bit bothered by. The best part of all this? They continued to send me monthly maintenance invoices for 2 months after their services were terminated, which they blamed on "system issues" and made no attempt to resolve in a timely fashion. As a small business owner myself, I refrain from posting negative reviews of other small businesses. However, in this case, Green Dream's ongoing lack of responsiveness (despite 3 months' worth of attempts to resolve this prior to posting an online review and filing a DPOR complaint), poor quality work and complete disregard for their client's experience once they get paid, makes me believe that a review is warranted to help protect other clients.

Terra Forma did a fabulous job with this project transforming our backyard. They removed an old deck that provided for no transition to the yard and replaced it with a beautiful tiered deck flanked by two stately hard scapes providing a gentle transition into the grass and azalea beds. One scape provides a new, beautiful access to the back of the house from the driveway and provides for grilling, a raised bed for flowers and excellent lighting solutions to cook and relax after dark. The other scape is more significant with room allowing for casual seating including a large stone fire pit with a stone seating wall. Terra Forma provided great lighting solutions for all deck stairs, both sides of the fire pit seating wall, accents for the raised bed and transition of the larger scape to our existing azalea beds. They installed string lights for entertaining and low voltage spots under the taller deck, all controlled by a smart phone. The decks are completely enclosed with the upper deck benefiting from the TREX guttering system keeping the underneath dry for storage of lawn equipment and patio furniture. Terra Forma incorporated this system with our existing roof down spouts and ran the flow to the storm sewer moving all water away from the house. We are very, very pleased with the work and with the professionalism of the workers and management of Terra Forma throughout this project.

Cole my project manager went above and beyond in the last snow/ice storm as my long front walkway had literally become a “luge” and I urgently had to get to the street to make it to the airport . His patience and tenacity getting me safely down to the road was excellent!!!. Then they promptly retuned to shovel the solid ice from the walk path and driveway so I could safely navigate the walkway upon my return Regular maintenance and the attention to detail has been exceptional as well. 1st time I called Rick out it was just for an estimate....his prices were so reasonable the job was given to him on the spot. I had several deep rooted bushes I needed gone asap. He got them removed in record time, a job that would have cost me days of my life digging. I also had thick brush behind my home I wanted sprayed so it would not grow into my backyard. Eric came out very quickly for an estimate, which was great since my mom wanted the job done ASAP. So quickly. He helped in getting me out of the dog house with my mother from having life happen (injuries/surgeries). The field got over grown. Eric literally got us out of the mud! Our driveway had been really neglected, as shown in the before and after photo. He helped determine the type of gravel needed and the amount.
