I recently had sod installation done for my front yard by college fund. They did an excellent job from the beginning to end of the service. I worked with Mark Hays, he was very professional throughout and very responsive. Even after the service ended I contacted him about 1 broken sprinkler head; he sent the service personnel and they took care of it very quickly. I never felt any sort of pressure from mark to get this done from the minute we interacted very first time nor he tried to sell me anything but instead he listened to my need and provided recommendations based on my questions. The service persons were very professional throughout also, never felt they were rushing. Overall, I could not be happier about my front yard work done by college fund. I would certainly consider and keep college fund at the top for my future landscaping needs.

I am very disappointed with LawnTech’s service. I clearly requested that my service be stopped, yet the company ignored my cancellation message and continued acting as if the request was never made.This lack of responsiveness and disregard for customer communication is unacceptable. When a customer asks to stop a service, it should be acknowledged and acted on promptly.I cannot recommend LawnTech based on this experience.

We had an outstanding experience with Chanc and his team this past fall. I honestly regret not writing this review sooner, but after this project, we rolled directly into additional home renovations thanks to one of Chanc’s referrals...and life got busy in the best way. Our front yard had become both an eyesore and a safety concern over the years. The grass was patchy to begin with, but diseased areas continued spreading, and the beloved tree swing our kids used daily had completely destroyed the lawn beneath it. Our front walkway had also become increasingly uneven over time and was starting to feel hazardous for family members visiting our home, especially my in-laws. In just 3–4 days, Chanc and his team completely transformed the space. They demolished and repoured our walkway, stripped and regraded the yard, designed and installed irrigation around the house and garden beds, and laid beautiful new sod in the front yard. The difference in both appearance and functionality was incredible. What truly set this experience apart was the professionalism, communication, and coordination from start to finish. I have had Jose and his guys doing my Lawncare service for the last two years. They are amazing! Somehow they have figured out how to perfectly balance efficiency with quality. Usually one or the other suffers; if you do things quickly the quality suffers or if you try to ensure quality the work takes double the time. Not with these guys! They come in and get the front and back yard cut, pavement trimmed, and blow the debris away very quickly and the end result looks great!

I would highly recommend Jose and his crew. We initially found him through FB market while looking for quotes on tree trimming. We were blown away with the fair pricing compared to the others. Jose and his crew did an amazing job and hauled everything away and cleaned up nicely. We have since had him for weekly mow/blows and again have been highly impressed with the quality of work and the fair pricing. We have also had him bark our beds for the last two years and again his pricing and work ethic are top notch.
