Diamond Stone did an exceptional job on our backyard. We had quotes from a few companies and this company gave us the most competitive price and spent the most time talking about different options with the yard. I hired AMS landscaping to clear out my large lot of way overgrown vegetation. It was easy to set up an appointment with Tony to walk around the property and go over the scope of work. I received a prompt proposal from Brian, and Tony and Luis led the work crew that spent 2 days cleaning up the yard. The consultation process, design, and quote process all ran smoothly. Changes, or my questions, delayed things for a few weeks but once the work started all was good. The workers came early and worked hard every day. GREAT and very caring crews. The project coordinator was a bit hard to get in contact with and when asking for details, responses were delayed and schedules not clear (for this engineer that is). In the end the project completed on time or ahead of schedule and looks great so far. The crew cleaned up everything and really did great work! One more item (a fence) left to complete.

We had a small job to create a fire pit and seating areas in a small part of our mostly landscaped yard. After getting many quotes, we found Viva's to be reasonable and seem comprehensive. Once we signed our contract, they were great about staying in touch to schedule our work. While the original start date was pushed back two days, they let us know several days in advance. Lucio our project manager came when he said he would, reviewed our project and set his guys up to work. Because it was a smaller project his team stayed, and he went to another project. At one point, I was having a little bit of a communication problem with the crew, I texted Lucio and he called immediately and got the issue cleared up easily. The work was done exactly as they said it would be, in the time they said it would be. I would definitely hire Viva again!

I could not be happier with my new backyard! Adam, Megan and their team did an incredible job seeing my vision of a more modern and cohesive space. Adam's input was invaluable and his design skills are top notch. I was given a three-week timeline and the project stayed on track despite there being an extra 2 feet of concrete underneath the existing tile we were not aware of. Goodman's crew continues to maintain my landscape in a way that exceeds my expectations. Based on the concept that "my yard is Goodman's business card," potential clients should drive by for a look . . . and then contact Goodman's. My wife and I meet the owner of Diamond Cut Landscaping at the West World Home and Garden Show. We were impressed with their booth and the professional way we were treated. We decided then that we would consider this company as one of 3 that we would have coming out to our house for an estimate for our Turf project. After meeting with 2 other companies, before meeting Diamond Cut, we were not impressed and after checking with the Better Business Bureau we found that these 2 other companies were not accredited and therefore not rated by them. In fact on Google these other 2 companies had horrible reviews. Before meeting with Diamond Cut we checked with the Better Business Bureau and found that they are not only accredited but had a 5 star rating. We also read all there great reviews. The video I have attached shows the end result of what they did for us in 2 days. I am retired and watched them while they did this beautiful installation. They worked as a team and couldn’t be more happy with what they did for us. I would highly recommend them and know it was well worth the time we spent doing reviews and comparing them to other companies. In this day and age you have to be very careful who you deal with…

We hired “Phoenix Pavers & Turf” to remodel our patio and back yard. The projects were excavating the old pool deck and the old concrete surrounding a filled in pool area. And covering the excavated area with granite and installing the 20 steps in a walkway to the gate. Last, installing the pavers on an existing concrete patio using sand bedding & mortar. Christian, David, and Jairo were skilled and a wonderful crew. They worked incredibly hard to complete these projects. This crew is a great asset to this company. They went beyond our expectations. We are very satisfied with what they performed on our patio and back yard. We were particularly impressed by how the pavers were installed on the patio, and making the patio sloped level to the existing sidewalk, and laying 17 comfortable steps. Also Lupe, the owner, was very knowledgeable of the landscaping and had great ideas. He is a good listener, excellent communicator and successful business man.
