Matt and Corey were very patient and responsive at first, however, I think the company is so busy the work delegated to 3rd parties ends up being poor quality and there is no communication or supervision. We just spent over 7k in our yard, and I attaching some pictures of my garden only 3 weeks post completion of the first part and 2 weeks post sprinklers being “fixed”, while 2 remain broken. The grass was supposed to be completely replaced in the front yard and treated for weeds, which is why we replaced the old grass in the first place, but nobody informed us we would need an additional half a pallet and when they came over for a final walk through this was addressed but not changed. That area of dead grass was supposed to be flush and leveled from a tree that was removed before we bought the home, but the 3 rd party people did not grind the tree stump enough and basically just poured sand over it, with our yard still remaining very unleveled. There was a time lapse between services, that caused my brand new grass to completely die due to lack of water. Again, this was a 7k+ service and while I know many projects are pricier this one was important to receive guests over mother’s day. Several issues like low much, several dead plants that were moved and even new ones fresh from the store and areas they were supposed to care for on the yard clean up were never touched. Additionally I was billed for yard maintenance for $200 when not even the first part of the contract was honored. I really wanted to like it and held this review expecting them to show up and address the concerns. $100 was removed from that fee but it was never performed. Very unhappy.

Absolutely amazing service. I worked with Matt to bring my backyard back to life. He was very attentive and his response time was amazing. My yard came out amazing. After the first rain I noticed pooling water in one spot. I gave Matt a call and he said “No worries, we will be out there ASAP” His team was out there the following day and added another drain, problem solved. You just don’t find good service like that anymore. It’s a task just to get someone to respond these days but not with CMC’s, they make it easy and are very reliable. I will definitely be using them for my next project!

Lamar mowed end edged the grass. We have a big yard and he made sure not to mow over my new seedlings. Also, his edging is the best we’ve ever had. There is actually a one inch gap from the sidewalk to the grass. I’d give him 10 stars if I could just on the edging.

We originally contacted Absolute Landscaping to get a quote on removing two large trees & install a cedar fence across the back of our yard. Robert came out within 24 hours and gave us an incredibly reasonable quote. We were quoted on a Tuesday, and by Friday, his crew began removing the tree. The large trees were removed, stumps were grinded, and the new fence was all installed in a matter of 4 days. Within those 4 days, I inquired about the company removing a THIRD large tree & smoothing a large mound in our backyard to lay a brick walkway by our backdoor. Robert & his team removed that third tree & grinded the stump in under two hours, and the mound was completely smoothed with a brick path laid before I got home that same evening.
