Great crew of professionals at Crawford Tree Service. Aaron, Chris and Kevin were the crew for our project in early Jan. and did an outstanding job of communicating, educating and follow up to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Can’t say I get that service with other contractors I’ve hired before. Also the project manager, Jarod did a great job communicating project scheduling along the John in operations for an unexpected change with the weather. Usually don't like posting bad reviews but this experience was easily one of the worst I've ever encountered with a contractor. Guy came out to the house, I showed him the area I wanted built up and graded and they quoted me ~20 yards of topsoil graded out, which honestly I thought wouldn't be enough but a start. The price was good so I clicked the link they sent in the quote and it asked for payment in full up front. I went ahead and paid but the guy had told me 50% up front when he came out to the house. Then weeks and I hear nothing, I emailed them for an update and got no response. I called and got rebuffed by the person who answered the phone when I asked if I had been scammed. The GM called me directly and scheduled it on Thursday this past week and they never showed up, again I was sure I had been scammed so I called the guy back, he assured me they would show up Friday first thing which they did. Then they proceeded to install about 10 yards of topsoil and just fill in where they thought best I guess. Put down some grass seed I guess, hard to tell really, and applied a super-thin layer of tack straw, I'm going to buy more as they left a lot of bare hopefully seeded soil. They were pretty much done by the time I had a chance to check in(busy Friday for me and landscapers were not on my schedule) and were already hauling away the extra 10 yards of topsoil they had dropped on the road out front. I still feel like I got scammed. We are building a new home that will be ready next spring too, I can tell you who will not be doing our landscape work at the new house. Edit: Just thought I'd follow up after the last few months trying to manage the mess these people made of our lawn. Added a picture of the dying invasive grasses they planted with all the tainted top soil they brought in, I had to spend $60 on a bottle of Mesotrione to kill it. Mind you 50% of the "repair" they did was damage they caused to the lawn. I doubt there will be much grass left after the invasive stuff finally dies off so I get to replant this fall and water it all over again. These people are lucky I'm not taking them to court to be honest, just stay away from them I can't imagine any other landscaper being worse at their job.

I needed a yard put in at my new construction home. The crew I had was young, inexperienced, low discipline, no attention to detail with no supervision. This crew installed my aluminum trim different than the crew that did my neighbors house. Mine came out after a year and theirs still looks great after three years. Crooked pipes, gutters not going into the pipe. I had to buy pieces and install so the water will go in. When I pull weeds, I find how far away from the edge the underlayment stuff is. Will not use them again, not impressed.

We had an unusual situation in that they needed to make an access door in the turf for us to clean out our septic tank annually. The access they created blends in seamlessly. We absolutely love our new pet turf!! Everything about the project went so smooth. First, Nicholas coming out to give us a few estimates and kept us posted as to when they plan to begin. He answered any questions or concerns we had. And then kudos to the crew doing a fantastic job. They were very respectful of the existing lawn covering with plywood so they wouldn't leave ruts going to and from the fenced area for the new turf. They went above and beyond on the install. It turned out beautifully, and once they were finished they cleaned up everything for us to instantly enjoy. Our dogs love it. They like to roll around and play outside a lot more. I especially love it since I don't have to wipe muddy paws! It is so much more enjoyable sitting on the patio and looking at the beautiful green grass!! It’s difficult to truly capture how good of job Palladium did. The 4 unfinished pictures were what Palladium walked into *(and where their work began) as previous contractor failed to show up for 9 months to complete the job. We had lived with dirt, gravel and absolute chaos for two summers. They re-leveled base stone, placed new patio pavers, added caps/lights, and did a nice stone step transition between kitchen exit/patio . Palladium guys came in, interpreted what needed to be done and finished the job in fantastic fashion. They were punctual, creative and paid excellent attention to detail! Tim was very good with communicating and keeping us abreast of what was happening. The crew was friendly and passionate about their job. Highly recommend!

Tim, our sales contact, was great from the first conversation through the final payment. The crew at the house was very friendly, explained what was going on and followed up with updates throughout the project. We had a retaining wall replaced, which isn't an exciting home project, but needs to get done professionally to last. Palladium has done an amazing job! We knew it was going to be an expensive project but feel really good that we spent the money with Pallaium.

We had Integrity come to resolve a drainage issue with a very, very soggy backyard area in our new home. We suspected an underground spring as it was not near downspout or sump pump drains. The entire experience with Integrity from initial consult to finished project was very positive. The team that did the work were very polite, hard working, protected the yard from machinery damage by laying boards down, and did a thorough clean up before leaving. They installed a french drain system where the concept design was presented to us beforehand. On the day of work they discovered a source of flowing water and added a second outlet pipe below the french drain system to drain the constant water flow spot out to the edge of the yard. We appreciated the work team lead's communication during the project with the engineer to adjust the initial concept design by adding a second outtake pipe to better manage the drainage issue. I hired Integrity Landscape Services to install a retaining wall and drainage system to manage runoff between properties, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From the initial consultation, they were professional, thorough, and really listened to my objectives. Their proposal was detailed and clearly laid out — the price felt fair and appropriate for the amount of work involved, with no sense of price gouging. They were also incredibly helpful navigating the City of Milwaukee permit process, even obtaining their own contractor license and permit to ensure the work met all city codes. Communication was excellent throughout — clear, timely, and transparent about scheduling. The crew was fantastic: professional, efficient, and meticulous. They completed the project in two days and left the site in spotless condition. The new retaining wall looks great and, more importantly, is performing exactly as intended — redirecting water flow and protecting my garage and property. We hired Integrity to re-do our backyard with two paver-patio areas and planting beds along fence lines. The project included removing concrete, tree roots, and areas of grass. We consulted with Greenwise for a complete front lawn renovation at our home. After discussing what we wanted and hearing the suggestions from Greenwise, they were able to create a plan for us from their landscape architect. Our project was delayed a few times due to rain but Greenwise kept us informed about the projected start date frequently. Once the project started it only took a few days to complete. The landscapers were excellent-always on-time and worked hard all day. Lynn and Heather were great too! They were always checking in with us to see what we thought and give us any updates on the progress. We really appreciated that. We were impressed with the quality of the materials used-stone blocks, new plantings and fresh sod. The project turned out absolutely beautiful and were are so pleased with the whole process! I've worked with Joe Hollrith (maintenance) and his crew many times over the years and have been very happy with him and American Landscape. Recently we made the round fire pit larger to accomodate more seating. Jay Waslicki (design) and his workers were professional, efficient and pleasant during installation. The round fire pit was installed many years ago. The team was able to do a great job matching the discontinued original pavers and the design enhanced the original while providing us with the desired result. They have been maintaining my yard for about 9/10 years. They come on a set schedule and mow/trim/clean up... Never had a problem. Get lots of compliments about my yard-and it's on a corner, so it's very visable. A few years back, they also removed my old patio and front walkway, and built me a new, bigger stone patio and walk, making sure the drainage was correct so I wouldn't continue having water problems. It been great, and looks wonderful.

Last fall, tore out my 30 year old cement patio and front walk and replaced it with paving stones. They also landscsaped my whole yard so that water flows away from the house. It looks great, and even with all of the snow and rain we have had, my basement has not gotten wet. I can't wait till the weather gets warm. They also mow my lawn each week. Always looks manicured and finished. Nice guys and reasonable prices.
