Tom did an amazing job taking care of our lawn! We switched from another local company after dealing with a lot of different issues such as poor communication, damage to the property, and other actions that showed that they just didn't care such as blowing our mulch into the yard and leaving it there multiple times. We met Tom during our first service and explained to him why we ultimately switched. He mentioned a lot of things during the conversation, such as how everyone's lawn is different, and require different techniques for care, that showed us that he genuinely cares about doing a good job, and the final result shows that. I have a small home with several small flowerbeds and needed topsoil and mulch brought in and applied, plus a few plants dug up and a couple of hedges cut back. We can’t say enough good things about Intricate Landscape. Carrie and Kevin and Dyllan were a pleasure to work with. They were patient and helpful through the design and plant selection process helping to make our “vision” a reality. And when it came to getting the hard work done, they showed up and worked til each phase was done. From cleaning up our existing landscape bed to demo of the front of house beds (which was a challenge), to locating plants we wanted, and installing the plants, trees and shrubs, they did a top notch job. Oh, and they picked up and installed a granite trough (probably weighs 500-800 lbs) and pedestals that are probably a couple hundred pounds each. And on top of all of that, they were fun to work with! We definitely recommend Intricate Landscape to bring your dream landscape to life! C and T

I can’t say enough good about Outdoor Spaces. After hearing my ideas for the backyard and what I hoped to achieve, Trey Miller came up with a fantastic design, presented in a very nice drawing. He took into account what kind of sun each part of my backyard gets during the day and suggested appropriate plants that would do well with the available lighting. On one side of the backyard, that gets minimal sunlight, he planted shade appropriate plants that will thrive in that environment. I wish I had included a before picture so you could see how hard a time the grass was having in that area. I especially love the steppingstones, and when everything fills in, it will be absolutely lovely back there. He also built a wooden partition, hiding the outdoor HVAC unit and two propane tanks. My existing flowerbeds along the back fence and screened in porch were in need of Springtime refurbishing and re-mulching. He cleaned up those areas, cutting back the Liriope and Catmint so they could grow and be beautiful again this year. I was very impressed with his landscaping crew, a group of very hard-working, polite men, who were professional and meticulous in their work. If you are in need of anything to do with landscaping around your home, look no further than Outdoor Spaces. They will always be my first and only choice and recommendation.

The team at Outdoor Spaces did a very good job on our project. We had them demo a portion of our wooden deck and replace that area with pavers. The work included some drainage updates, and Dave was able to help design an elegant solution. The work was done quickly, each day the crew did a great job of cleaning up the job site and leaving things tidy, and either the crew or Trey answered any questions we had quickly. They are thoughtful and their experience is evident in the way that they make decisions on all levels (scoping, project management, and work crew).

I recently took over as manager of a business with a small lot. It was in very bad shape as far as landscape goes. I realized that it was under contract with Executive so I reached out to see why work had not been done, but bills were still coming in. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since I was new. Things started off promising. Michael (Owner) was prompt to get back to me, even came out to take a look. His team came out, and it looked great! They even planted some (questionably healthy) flowers to make up for the lack of service. Since then, I have not seen his team and no work has been done, but we are still receiving bills. It has now been 2 months. I reached out to Michael last week via voice mail, he has not returned my calls. I emailed Lynsay, she told me they would send someone out. It has been almost a week, no one has showed up. I have now sent her photos of our parking lot (attached here as well) so she could see that no work had been done, even asked if they may have gone to the wrong building (again benefit of the doubt) but no one has reached out. I was originally looking up a new landscaping company, but saw Executive's listing and felt potential customers should know that even though they may start off strong, their follow through and consistency are lacking.

I have had Executive Landscape Services out to my residence around 6-7 times over the past 2 years, when my yard gets ahead of me. We live on a 1 acre lot and as busy as we are, it gets to a point where I need help. I mow and trim and do basic maintenance on my own yard, but after each season, it just gets to be more than I can get done on a weekend.
