I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with JR's Lawn Maintenance LLC was, without question, the WORST landscaping service I have ever received. We had a signed contract for $500, yet after the first visit the work was nowhere near complete. I had to request that they return because several items included in the contract were simply not done. Communication was also extremely difficult, and I was forced to call the office just to have someone translate so I could explain what still needed to be completed. Among the work that was left unfinished: * Leaves were not blown out from underneath the bushes. * The landscape rocks were not properly raked. * A bush outside our dining room window that was touching the house was never trimmed. * Lack of knowledge on how to even prune correctly. Unfortunately, the second crew performed even worse than the first. Instead of cleaning the property properly, they blew leaves directly into my neighbor's yard, and a large amount ended up in our swimming pool. I even brought them a pool net to help remove the debris, but instead they used leaf blowers, which simply pushed most of the leaves to the bottom of the pool, creating an even bigger mess. To make matters worse, they blew the protective cover off my pool pump touchpad. The cover disappeared, and I can only assume it was accidentally thrown away. The replacement costs $220. After my fourth call to the office asking how to submit an invoice for the damaged cover, Anthony simply hung up on me. As someone who owned and operated a landscaping business in Florida, I understand what quality workmanship and customer service should look like. This company demonstrated neither. The lack of attention to detail, poor communication, property damage, and complete disregard for customer concerns made this an incredibly frustrating experience. I cannot recommend JR's Lawn Maintenance LLC. There are far better landscaping companies that take pride in their work and stand behind their service.

I badly needed some yard work done - tree, roses and palm trimming. I found Jr's Lawn Service online and reached out to them for an estimate. I wish I had done this sooner. They did a great job, the price was reasonable and they were able to get it done pretty quickly. I would definitely use them again.

Jr's Lawn Maintenance is totally AMAZING!!! They did everything i ask and did a fantastic job. I had a problem with my neighbors tree growing over the fence into my yard. They took the right approach in trimming the tree and it look wonderful. They cleaned up everything. I will always use them for my lawn maintenance.

Fernando Rosales was the best! It all started with a leak in our front yard that turned out to be our water main. We found Green America and they responded quickly, professionally and actually went above and beyond for us. Fernando helped me pick out bushes and rock colors for our front yard and our backyard is now even more beautiful. Their prices are very fair and they even offered payment plans if needed so we were able to get the work done. The photos attached are before then afters. We will be using Green America for our landscaping and irrigation in the future and would recommend them to everyone!

Green America Tree Co just recently completed work on my yard. In the front yard I supplied a picture of what I wanted. We had a large series of steps made of flagstone pavers. It had curb appeal but they were falling apart. So we wanted to remove the flagstone and update it with concrete steps lined with dark grey pavers and expand our patio area with a border of pavers as well. Saul took measurements and I showed him a picture of what I was wanting. I also sent him that same picture as well as pictures of additional areas I wanted them to work on. Saul very specifically told me that it would be easier and better not to use pavers but use another process using a concrete form or something to create a very similar look. I thought that was perfect. The customer service started of great. He assured me he could work within our budget. They sent a quote. Work was supposed to start May 28th. They were even able to start earlier and finished quickly. We were so happy with that except as they were wrapping up, I asked what about the trim along the steps and patio. I thought it was an additional step they would perform later as the cement dried. He claims we were only supposed to get brushed concrete. I thought it was all brushed concrete, just two-toned to give us the look we wanted I was so disappointed because I very specifically told Saul we did not want just plain steps. I was insistant he find a way to rectify it. He would not acknowledge any error on his part nor come up with an alternative. He mentioned that the contract states brushed concrete. I feel like the company did a bait and switch. Reading the contract, I did not catch that this detail was omitted as I was assuming both it would all be brushed concrete with a change in color to create the look of a trimmed edge. In re-reading the contract, the work for the front yard is entitled front yard paver installation, yet I have no pavers in the front and no look of pavers or teim in the front. Saul came by to discuss the issue and spoke to my family member. Still no resolution or acknowledgement was made of the error. I was planning to have the company do regular monthly maintenance which now I would refuse because my conscience won't allow it based on the lack of a resolution. My family member contacted Maria at the office and was referred to speak back to Saul. I contacted Saul yesterday and today asking for some type of resolution and I am getting no response. Not even an acknowledgement. Outside of the issue steps and patio not being lined. The work was done efficiently, workers were polite, and job completed quickly. Photos are what I had, what I wanted, and what I got. Update: They emailed me a bill for the look I asked for originally. An additional $1500. I emailed back that basically, that was unacceptable. Update: Saul reached out to me very apologetic and eager to reach a solution. I really appreciated his efforts. He had his team update the front yard work adding the pavers like we originally wanted and added some pavers to my back yard as a good will gesture. The last three photos show the updates. We are very happy. His team works great, they are quick and clean up after they are done. We plan to work with them more in the future. Upgraded to 5 stars. Getting lots of curb appeal compliments since the work has been completed. Thanks to Saul, Maria, and the landscape crew.

I purchased a new build which had an unfinished backyard, literally it was all dirt and rock, (didn’t take a before photo) I obtained a total of 5 estimates for this project and Sean had by far the most affordable price! He was extremely professional from start to finish, he and his crew . The completed the job in the timeframe given. I also appreciate how thoroughly the cleaned up in front of my home after completing the job, with my gated community, I’ve seen a few other companies leave behind either pavers or dirt in front of the homes of some of my neighbors. EDITS ****** Thursday 8 June 2023 Delivery of 1 1/2 n 3 by Scott☆ Delivery was FANTASTIC Driver very concerned about a corner of our sidewalk that might break/crack if he drove over it SO he made acoupla calls to the yard & we wrote on the Delivery form that we accept liability & TADA. ... drove right over it & no problem! LOVE they were concerned about my property because I had to almost beg him to call. ... AMAZING employee ☆☆☆☆ . ... waiting on the other rock ************************** Vista is THE BEST ☆ We had been to 2 other places {1 twice} & no, they just didn't have what we were looking for. ... 1 place recommended Vista. The AZ River Rock @ 1/2 n 3/4 IS ALL EXACTLY that ☆ The AZ River Rock @ 1 1/2 n 3 IS ALL EXACTLY that ☆ . ... everything was evenly/equally divided on everything we saw actually & there weren't smaller rocks thrown in. The price 'per ton' is higher than one place & more in the same range as the other rock place, I just feel that we are getting way more 💥 bang for our buck 💥 here for the quality ☆ They have a great Showroom with all sorts of yard things ☆ There's a Display right out front ☆ The 2 lady representatives were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, pleasant & even redid the math for us "just to make sure" & we are glad ☆ They Deliver ☆ I will still go to the place that recommended Vista, Vista doesn't have plants.

I was so happy with Bullseye Outdoor Services. I had an idea for 2 garden beds with desert plants and a tree for my tortoise and they made what I imagined into reality. They were professional and kind. Their prices were reasonable and they were quick to contact me to schedule an estimate and the work. They fixed my irrigation system, made 2 garden beds, applied mulch, and planted a desert willow tree and desert plants. I was so pleased with their work that I will use their services for yard maintenance too.

They arrived 5 minutes early, confirmed with me what I wanted and where before doing any work. They completed work early and made sure I was happy with everything before I left. They even cleaned up my porch with the leaf blower to help out. The gent was knowledgeable of the plants I had as well which was a big plus to know. They did great. From the initial estimate to the finished product, these guys were amazing. Not the cheapest in town but you pay for what you get, and they delivered quality. I had 2 palms removed, an old palm stump ground down, and several smaller trees removed. One palm had grown over the drive by about a foot and the other was encroaching on the porch on the other side and was about twice as tall as the house. They made sure all the inspections were done to be safe for gas and electrical wiring. You would never know those palms existed before. The ground was leveled and landscaping made to look like original. Great job! Very communicative, courteous and professional. Didn’t leave a mess. I was just so impressed with their work. Wanted to hire them for ongoing landscaping but they don’t do residential. If you need palms or trees removed, or stumps ground, this team did a great job for me!

I cannot say enough positive things about Walker Landscape Maintenance. When we moved into our house 10 years ago they helped us design a stunning outdoor living space. Today they came over to repair and revamp our irrigation system. The landscapers did an outstanding job. They were very careful while working so as not to disturb our plants, trees, and bushes. They went above and beyond and did some additional cleanup. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend WLM to anyone looking for a first class landscaping company.

Mauri Landscaping did an excellent job, creating a plan, interfacing with us constantly to ensure all parties were in sync with the objective. Once finalized they went to work. Many plants of various sizes, rock work (large, river, small), steppingstones, lattice and paver work). It was a major project, and it was not cheap, but it was reasonable for the amount of work we had done. They engaged at every step to ensure we remained in agreement on results. We made several in the moment changes during install, and there is some tweaking still going on that we asked for now that we have a visual vs. what we envisioned. They are working with us to get it set up for success. We are taking advantage of their water monitoring and monthly maintenance which comes with warranties and of course additional monthly costs to maintain. This work was done in July in the middle of the hottest month, and they ensured the plants had the necessary attention. It is now winter, and we are looking forward to the first deep fertilization they offer and to see how these plants respond. So far, looks like we will have what we need to enjoy the view.

I had a wonderful and "refreshing" experience with Mauri Landscapes. Everything from the initial meeting with Chris, the owner, to reviewing the digital renderings and the entire Project execution process was professional, efficient and seamless. They worked within my budget for the design and material choices and the communication throughout the entire process was stellar. The entire crew was professional and hard working. Each day I was e-mailed a summary and photos of the days' progress along with a forecast for the next day. I just felt like I was in good hands, which is not always the feeling you get with home improvement projects. My experience with Mauri Landscapes exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend! UPDATE: We called upon Mauri Landscapes again to install landscape lighting and a raised garden bed to plant vegetables and herbs and again they did an excellent job. Our house looks amazing at night and we are enjoying tending to our garden in what was otherwise useless space in our side yard. Again, the crew was efficient and professional. They are great to work with and we will use them again for any future landscaping needs.

Words cannot describe how awesome Mauri Landscapes was and is. From Chris coming out and getting our initial concept to Gabrielle putting our ideas and wants into a viewable 3D image to Abigail ensuring the project was on time and everything was on point to Benito’s crew actually doing the work…100% great! Flat out awesome experience from start to finish. We went all out with landscaping, lighting, irrigation, and new gates…everything came out excellent! I don’t even want to be inside anymore because ML made our yard into our sanctuary for us and our doggos. The quality of work and products/plants from every aspect and department was top notch and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. JR Landscaping and their crew are definitely above the rest here locally. We've had one of the 'bigger' companies come out and do work in our backyard-- they were extremely expensive and didn't communicate well. Therefore when we went on a search for our front yard, I was skeptical. What companies were legit and what companies didn't really care? Raul came out from JR Landscaping and discussed our ideas asap. He listened and gave advice, then went home and thought about what we wanted AND what we needed. His quote was more than reasonable and we went forward with the project. Raul and his men were polite, they were thorough, they asked questions and cleaned as they went. They were such an excellent crew that I couldn't recommend them any more if I tried. They brought our personal vision to life even when we changed plans. Definitely give JR Landscaping a call!
