The crew from Pristine Green did a decent job trimming our Indian Laurels and Texas Olives. They brought them down to the height I requested and hauled off all the debris. However, for some of the other plants, their attention to detail was lacking in several areas: I still have shoots and pods to remove from multiple plants. The pod removal on three of my palms was done carelessly, damaging or disregarding the future health of several remaining fronds. The fee included weed removal or spraying, but plenty of weeds remain. The crew left without informing me, which would have given me a chance to point out these issues on the spot. They trimmed some fronds in a way that doesn't match the previous manicured look. I've maintained my yard myself for the past 13 years, and at $580 for this job, I'll likely continue doing it on my own going forward. My advice: If you hire them, stay present and check the work while they're there—you might have better results. I was working from home and assumed I'd get a heads-up before they finished and left.

Our daughter used JNK to landscape her new backyard. Due to her work schedule, I oversaw the project, which included hardscape, lighting, irrigation and some pavered pads and walkways. James met with me to discuss design, budget, and showed me some samples. JNK did an absolutely beautiful remodel of my backyard. Replaced my damaged concrete pool deck with travertine, new rock all around the rest of the yard (was originally grass/some rock, then just dirt due to some tree root issues we had), ended up also redoing the inside of the pool with mini-pebble and new tile. I started talking to Naji maybe 2-ish years before we had this done. In the meantime they also had replaced my front yard grass with rock and desert landscape. Every time I reached out to Naji with questions throughout that time he was super responsive…which for some reason seems like it’s hard to find these days. Super easy to work with, fast, hardworking crew, ended up prettier than I could’ve imagined. Highly recommend!
