Update- June 12 (it’s almost been a year since we originally contracted and paid josh.). Still no response or return of our funds. He is a thief, do not trust him with your business. Update- Apparently I’m not alone in how Josh has scammed customers. Also, I tried to delivery a demand letter in person to his posted address. It does not exist. I went there in person and it’s a different business completely. Do not hire him and do not give him a deposit… see his response on Yelp, he confirms everything I say is true and still has not responded or refunded me. My post below was written over a month ago (March 21, 2026).. it's now (April 25, 2026) since then I have called him a dozen times and emailed and texted with absolutely no response. We hired Stangby Designs to craft a blueprint for out backyard. On July 12th 2025 we paid him $1,200 for his services. Over the following 5 months Josh did not respond to our emails/calls asking for our designs. We were met with silence... We never received a product/service from him. As a result at the end of December I formally requested that the service be canceled and a refund issued. He acknowledged that he would refund us in full but once again our requests have been met with silence and the occasional excuse. At this point he won't even take our calls. As of March 16th 2026 I've had to send a formal demand letter requesting refund. Hands down one of the worst experiences with a business owner we've ever had. We would never recommend him.

Jose and his team do an amazing job every time. We use them for all our lawn care services and recently had them revamp our entire front yard. They removed all the old bushes and two trees, added a concrete pathway, installed drainage, and refreshed the space with river rocks and new plants. The whole team is friendly, professional, and always leaves the work area spotless before they head out for the day. They completed the project in a timely manner and kept us updated throughout the process. Next project hopefully is the backyard. Highly recommend them!

Outstanding experience! Kenneth came out and gathered up some dimensions, a plot plan, and what kind of plants and material we wanted. We live in a Granville community so they were already familiar with the property. This was a total front yard re-landscape and fresh landscaping in the backyard since it was a new build. Hope put together a 2D drawing of where everything was going to go and what type of trees, plants and materials. Then once we had our start date set, it only took Frankie and his crew 5 days from start to finish. Very professional and hard working guys that made any change or adjustments That we had within minutes of our request. This was a pretty big job with a lot of moving parts and Kenneth and his crew nailed it! Even after the job had been complete for a few weeks, there were a couple of things that had to be addressed and they were taken care of right away. We are very pleased with the total outcome of our project.

To begin with, the crew was always on time and very respectful. When they saw that we needed a little more plant material, they went to their yard and got us a little bit to include in the design. There was never a feeling of people trying to get over on us or just getting the job done. Frankie was patient and extremely professional. We are high maintenance clients, admittedly, but every one of the employees from Kenneth all the way through to the guys working on the new landscape design were positive and friendly. When Aaron was not present, the team was overseen by Osmar who keeps things moving and isn’t afraid of work. They planted trees, bushes, flowers, built garden boxes, did lighting and laid sod. I love Picture Perfect Lawn and everything they've done for my yard! I contacted Picture Perfect Lawn in March/April and Reyna came out quickly for an estimate. I called them back to discuss some changes I wanted to the original plan and they were happy to come back for a re-estimate within a day. Alfredo is extremely knowledgeable in this field and gave me plus and minuses of all the various options. Alfredo was my main point of contact once work got started, which was within a few days of signing. He and his crew got done in less than a week! Changed out my old weeds, leveled the ground, added turf & rocks, and trimmed my bushes and trees as well! Hired Anderson to landscape my front yard. They took my sketch, that looks like a kindertner made, and they did a beautiful job. Added rock and reshaped the grass. Even the plants they chose were very nice. I couldn't be happier. And the price was very fair for what they did. Best part was the communication. It was a few weeks from contract to start day and they were in constant contact. I was never left in the dark not knowing status. This is a first class operation. Mark responded timely to my initial inquiry, met with me on several occasions to design out my back yard landscaping, and he provided a quote and drafts of a landscape plan that made it easy for me to get them cleared with the architectural committee of my HOA. The work performed with a level of professionalism and attention to detail that you don’t quite get from trades businesses anymore or any business for that matter. New Vision Landscape did an incredible job landscaping both our front and backyard, from a 1/3 acre dirt lot to what you see in the pictures (including design, grading, dirt work, concrete, irrigation, lighting, turf, sod, and planting.) They were extremely professional, communicative, respectful of our home and privacy, clean, hard-working, and paid attention to so many small details. The owner Jose was always available to talk about ideas, at night, on weekends, any time needed, was up front and fair with pricing, and worked with us through multiple changes during the course of the project. His crew leader Beto and the guys on the crew are excellent at what they do, and we are so appreciative of their hard work.
