I made the unfortunate mistake of allowing this company to do the exclusion work they offer on 12/19/2025. This was to include COLOR MATCHING paint in some areas that had metal flashing added. During the process I went out with Eli who explained what they were doing. During this time I noticed the paint looked off and then showed him the bucket of paint we had left by the builder. He insisted they’d color match it and did not use the paint we had on hand. However, the paint they used, does not match. Paint used is a shade or so lighter. It’s the front of the house and looks terrible. I notified Gavin the same day about this issue and was told they’d get someone back out to fix it. I am still waiting. Unhappy and disappointed with this company’s work as well as lack of follow up to fix their mistake. The most frustrating part of it all, is it was completely avoidable had they just used the paint we had on hand. Edit: the paint was re-done and still does not look good. Metal is bent. And now being charged even more money for cancelling all their services. Will never recommend this company. Poor workmanship that I feel as though I was already overcharged for.

I had an excellent experience with Purple Care today, especially with Buck! Our appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM, and he actually arrived early, which I really appreciated. He was professional, friendly, and extremely efficient from start to finish. We had birds stuck in our microwave exhaust vent, and Buck was able to safely remove them without harming any of the birds. You could tell he genuinely cared about doing the job the right way. He also completed our routine pest control service thoroughly and quickly while taking the time to explain everything. Great customer service, punctual, knowledgeable, and kind. Buck went above and beyond. I highly recommend Purple Care

I've never dealt with a more horrid company. This is what nearly 10k will get you, bad customer service with no lack of accountability for products or services. Purple removed a tree from my yard and some other services as well, in May 2024..These are the pics of June 2025 when the tree started growing back all over the lawn. Purple was contacted and customer service was rude, nasty, unprofessional and dismissive offering not even a basic suggestion for the dilemma, only stating that we were over the 1 year of our contract (literally by 2 week I even emailed the owner of the company and he has not yet to respond. This is a situation where a company takes your $, if the services is ok, then you win, if it does not, you lose big time, because it's obvious they do not care about customer retention or stand by their services. No integrity at all. Folks please find another company to deal with.

We had Vonte as the service come by to provide lawn work. He rang the doorbell, walked out and explained in greater detail what he was there to do. He also explained further steps to take to get on the right track with their program for best results. He blessed me and said our goodbyes. He worked the entire property and was in and out. There are times, I have mowing company mow our yard and it look worst after they finish. # 1 reason they-do not care and. Damage stuff in-the yard # 2 Its like all that matters is the time it takes to mow the dam yard . It’s like a race to finish . Today was the1st time with Lawn love . It has been a pleasure working with John Turner to resolve difficulties in the backyard. There was a lot of discussion with us about alternatives to solving problems that were present. Had my service complete at the end of March. Wanted to give enough time for grass to take and give fair review. I’ll start with the quotes. First rough quote was $3500 for 2625sqft of sod, 360sqft mulch, 140sqft rock. After coming and looking at the area and confirming what we wanted he emailed a quote was $4800 for everything listed, also some decomposed granite, leveling, and metal edging. After a few weeks followed up and was confirming work. At the time we did add about 300sqft sod, 50sqft mulch, and 15sqft rock, new price quoted was $6000. Then he realized the metal edging was left off and quote moved to $6400. It has been some time since the first quote so I didn’t realize how much it had increased. Still opted for him to do the work. There were multiple communication breakdowns during the process. For the work it self most of the sod did take. However the prep work before putting it in was sub par. They did not mark any sprinklers before starting the work. Multiple were covered with sod or weed barrier that I had to go back and uncover. There was no leveling done so the yard is extremely uneven and a full pallet was installed in the wrong location. As for the install in the wrong location we opted to leave it because his solution was to come and rip it up and put it where it was supposed to go originally and that did not feel worth the hassle of getting them back out. TL:DR: He is extremely nice but I would consider the work as average at best. Multiple steps missed in the process. Would also recommend using one form of communication and getting everything in writing for easy follow up.

Team did a great job! My irrigation was an absolute disaster when we moved in and they have fixed everything. Gabriel has been over to our property multiple times and everytime does a great job. We had a lot of irrigation issues and he worked his butt off. Everything working great. Today AJ was with him both did great job as usual Also had some new landscaping done with Jaylen and his crew . York makes sure our irrigation system is always ready and working. We have worked with them for many many years. They have found issues I didn’t know about (saving water) and have been there fast when I messed up. Prices are very reasonable and they always do it right the first time.

We had one zone of our in ground irrigation system, that was not working. Daniel came over after serval others attempted to find the lost zone valve. Daniel found the valve and fixed the problem within two hours and the system has been working fine ever since. York was recommended by a neighbor, I would not hesitate to hire York landscaping and irrigation . Our neighbors landscaping looks fantastic and our sprinkler system works as it did when it was brand new. Choosing York landscaping and irrigation will be a wise decision.

We’ve had a lot of remodeling done over the past two years, and Lonestar Landscape was by far the best experience we’ve had with any company. They completely transformed our outdoor space — front and back. The scope of work was extensive: they re-sodded both our front and back yards, added decorative gravel along the entryway, around the pool equipment, and along the back fence, extended our pool deck, moved our pergola, built a new retaining wall, remodeled our pool area, upgraded our landscape lighting, and added and rerouted French drains. Kevin and his team were great! We asked him to make recommendations to improve privacy and increase usable space in our back yard and he put together a proposal that included a retaining wall to create a level space, new fences, reconfiguring the sprinkler system and adding a huge pergola and paver patio. I had contacted several other contractors, but none came up with as comprehensive a plan as Kevin. I was pleasantly surprised that Kevin's pricing was not greater than other bids I received and, in the end, the project was completed within the original budget. Throughout the project - from planning to completion - Kevin worked closely with us to make sure we were happy with every aspect of the work. As the work progressed, we asked for several changes to the original plan and Kevin and his crew always responded quickly and efficiently. During demolition and construction phases, the crews were respectful of our property and careful not to damage surrounding structures and plants. I was impressed at how thoroughly they cleaned up at the end of each workday, and they even offered to haul off extra construction debris I had accumulated from prior projects. Kevin has done a great job of hiring and training competent, service-oriented workers. The end result was a new outdoor living space that is even better than we had imagined! Kevin and his entire team were thoughtful, honest, hard-working, creative, friendly and accommodating. We could not be more pleased!

Tristan and his crew did a wonderful job for us. We are a new build on over 2 acres so he helped us with how to design in 3 phases. We gave him freedom to do our planters with his own design and he exceeded our expectations. He also installed our sprinkler system, several French drains and laid sod which is doing great. We highly recommend him for any job large or small. It is obvious he takes pride in his work and we are so happy we choose him.
