The Grow Earth Team is amazing! This is truly a professional business. They bring skilled people with the right equipment to the job. Manu (owner) came out quickly to assess my lawn needs from having to repair my old, underground, clay sewer line replaced. 20% of my 3 year old landscaping, including 2 trees, had to be removed in this project. The need to replace the removed shady landscaping with sun loving landscaping meant the same plants could not be re-purchased. Bob (designer) and Manu quickly came out, assessed the site and recommended new sun loving plants that would integrate beautifully into the remaining landscaping. Once the landscaping and irrigation system was repaired, the sod installation began. Trent and Jose came out to: remove any remaining grass, grade my sandy beach, mix in soil, and work with/manage the team who laid the sod. Daniel removed the debris and the area was left in pristine shape. After 9 days of intense watering, the sod had attached to the soil. Today is the 2 week mark and the first cut will happen this week. I cannot be happier with this friendly, knowledgeable, skilled company. They are listen to the customer, explain what they will do,...and then deliver on their word. They have my highest recommendation. Thank you Manu and the Grow Earth Team!

My wife and i were in need of a new lawn. Grubs and the summer heat last year destroyed our lawn. I called a couple different companies and decided to go with Grow garden and landscaping. Jason and his team were assigned to my project and were fantastic. Manu the Business owner is reasonable on price and fantastic on quality. Top notch from beginning to end, highly recommended. VERY fast response from my initial outreach message. As far as I recall, they not only responded quickly, but had a real person at my house later that day to quote out my project. That was Thursday. It’s only Tuesday afternoon and the Fall Cleanup at my house is already DONE. The crew was great… listened to all my concerns and vision for the (albeit small) project, and they took care of everything — including the little extras and tweaks that come to life as work is wrapping up. No issues or complaints from them. Just lots of smiles and a willingness to make me happy with the end state. Oh! Id give them 0 if I could. I initially hired them for a lawn cleanup. It was rough and they promised to do things they didn’t do. A nice man named Chase came and quoted me. They sent non-English speakers to do the job who couldn’t communicate to even get started. I contacted them and complained so they had a guy who spoke English stop out, not the one who quoted the work he didn’t stay and left before the job was completed. I paid ~$4000 for this yard clean up. They left waste behind, but it was only a few spots so I shrugged it off. I had already hired them to mow and weedwhip. I told them I have a dog and a dog door, sometimes I’m here sometimes not. No problem. Had a great guy come and he did a great job for about a month. During that time I had installed mulch too. Then it stopped. Week after week they didn’t mow the back yard or trim the weeds back. I called, they offered to quote me for weed service (weeds that grew through their neglect), no comment on why they weren’t doing it. And the quote never came. Most days I was home on the usual day and no one came and knocked. I complained my guy was clearly gone. They made excuses saying their guys were afraid of my dog(she gives kisses to strangers) and they didn’t know they broke the gate, and they don’t weed whip even though it’s part of the bill and the other guys did it without being told. The pictures are the overgrown mess I came home to after a week long work trip. The ones with the trash are the waste they left behind after the expensive cleanup. The last one was my yard 5 weeks ago end of May it was beautiful and should have been pretty simple to maintain. Not so much anymore. Thanks for that.

Great Lakes crew removed all the ugly lava rock, bricks and over grown shrubs. The added sod and made an area I can plant. Then German, Carlos and Emanuel did the stone area for my steps. What a beautiful transformation. The entire landscape crew and stone crew were awesome.

Very unprofessional and extremely disappointing experience. I spoke with him on the phone and clearly told him I needed three truckloads. He explained that he could only fit four yards per load, and during that same conversation he told me delivery was free. I also asked to pay over the phone, but he said that because I was a first-time customer, I had to come in person and was not allowed to pay over the phone. I drove there around noon based on the information he gave me, only to be told something completely different once I arrived. Suddenly, delivery was no longer free and was instead $80 per load. Then, after I had already wasted my time making the trip, he said it would need supervisor approval and denied ever telling me delivery was free. That is unacceptable. It was misleading, dishonest, and a complete waste of my time and energy. If the policy or pricing was different, that should have been made clear from the beginning instead of changing the story after I arrived. Very poor communication and very poor customer service. I can make it even more sharp and direct for Google if you want it to sound harsher.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Ryan was fantastic with respect to meeting with us going over the design and including us in every step of the way of the project. He has completely transformed our backyard into the place that all of our friends want to meet. We had initially had him complete our Backyard, including pool design outdoor kitchen with a covered pergola with all the Electrical connections we needed for a fan, including lights and TV as well as a fire pit. It truly is a four season backyard. We love their work so much we had them design our front yard, including a side driveway as well as sitting area in the front yard with light features and multiple different types of foliage. The complete design came with a book on how to care for each tree and plant as well as their characteristics. Lakeshore Landscaping truly is your one stop shop for your design needs outside of what you think landscaping really is. Would 100000% recommend to anyone.
