Hugo Santiago came to mow our small lawn area at our townhome community yesterday (We’ve rented here for over 15 years) and I stopped him because we had just planted new grass. He was very busy zipping around the rest of the large rental property on the mower but he took the time to stop and talk to me. He was sweet, kind and respectful. A pleasure to work with. Did exactly as wanted. Multiple check-ins with price points and where we were and if we wanted to do more or less even. Looks completely different. Fast too IMO. Maybe 5 hours total. Nothing left behind or anything negative. Very cordial owner too and does what YOU want regardless of his own business and what he will end up making. They worked on cutting huge overgrown bushes, tree growing out of the fence lines, mowing, edging, taking. Job well done. Completely recommend. You can now see the patio!

I cannot overstate my appreciation for Norm Pitzer. He has true integrity and stands behind his work. Norm took on a large job to grind down a true stump (after a poor job done by a “professional “ tree company), raise a flower bed, regrade our front and back yards (bringing in a semi of soil), seeding, overseeding, purchase & set up 11 sprinkler stations., and replace a few bushes. When Mother Nature caused a truly bizarre weed infestation, Norm stayed in close communication, even coming over on a Sunday morning to solidify a game plan before the start of the work week. We were not charged for all the additional materials and man hours to reseed. You can trust Norm to see your project through until you are satisfied with the result. They definitely don’t make ‘em like Norm anymore.

Greenscapes designed and installed our hardscape to replace a leaning retainer wall. They had a few challenges with a buried propane tank that could not be moved, lines running into the house, septic and a steep hill running along the back of the house. Adam did a wonderful job with his proposed design and Curt the PM did an excellent job with the execution. Eddie, the on-site lead kept us apprised of all the work planned each day. Around 3:15pm on 11/21 one of your trucks was tailgating cars on Hamilton. Then on 33 they decided to tailgate me. I’d recommend a Lytx camera to track how your employees drive company vehicles. It is a poor reflection of your company, and I will not be using your services.
