I chose Must Landscaping due to the rave reviews and I contacted Griffin, owner of the business, in early spring to discuss a small project and I accepted the proposal the same night. The weather was cool and rainy in May so I’m sure that alot of projects were held up but Griffin got to us as soon as he could. American Landscapes has been providing us excellent service over the past several years. The American team did our annual spring cleanup and, as usual, they did an outstanding job trimming, weeding, edging and mulching. Devon, Kyle, and Max’s hard work and professionalism are greatly appreciated. The night after they mulched our front beds we had torrential rains that created trenches and washed a lot of the fresh mulch onto our drive. The team returned the next day to finish our backyard and noticed this damage. They repaired the hillside, cleaned up the drive, and restored the beds and mulch. Our spring cleanup up crew combined with Kelli’s expertise on her regular maintenance visits and Rob and Nathan on the weekly mowing team have our property looking impeccable. Elliott was so personable and thorough in planning my project with me. His good listening skills were evident in that the project proposal captured everything we had talked about. I was very grateful to see that this good communication and plan was clear to those who completed my project. All the things we had planned happened that same way. I’ve had a lot of various professions (electric, plumbing, repairs, painting, etc.) work on my home over the years, but Tyler’s crew is by far one of my favorites and has my high respect! Tyler was careful to keep checking in with the others, he cheered them on with a periodic yelp and kind direction/encouragement. Everything they did all day long showed integrity and positivity and was thorough/precise. The guys were tidy all day and cleaned everything up! For example: They even laid a tarp down for where they were loading mulch from the truck to keep the mulch from mixing into the yard. I am so impressed!

Our hardscape project was completed with excellent collaboration and attention with our input every step of the way. We are very happy with the outcome. I waited decades to finally have our front yard professionally landscaped. I contacted 3 other landscapers prior to Allison but there was always something lacking in their follow through, and decided they weren't a good fit. Jourdan listened to my ideas, created a design, and adjusted that design based on my feedback. We had another big project at the house and Jourdan was able to adjust the project start time to accommodate us. That project also impacted a big section of the lawn, but Jourdan was able to include work on that at the last minute. Once the crew arrived, it was all completed in 3 days! Mike, Bela, and Paul did amazing work with the new stone walls, plantings, lighting, regrading, and seeding. Many of our neighbors have stopped by to say how stunning our new landscaping looks, especially considering how it looked before! And I absolutely agree. It looks beautiful in both day and night!
