⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sean and the MetroGreenscape crew just accomplished what years of my good intentions and zero follow-through could not — they made our yard actually look incredible. We had a full makeover: front, back, and side yards. Tree and shrub trimming, new sod, fresh mulch — the works. The transformation is legitimately jaw-dropping. The property looks so good I almost didn't recognize it pulling up. The trimming is clean and precise, the sod looks like we're hosting the Masters, and the mulch ties the whole thing together like they had an interior designer on site. My wife is now out front acting like she's touring her own estate. The kids are in the backyard convinced Sean personally built them a theme park. I've never seen two people more excited about grass — and honestly, I get it now. I also have to give a special shoutout to Demetrius. My sprinkler system has been a disaster for three years — barely working, inconsistent, frustrating. I even paid a highly rated sprinkler specialist to fix it. Twice. Still broken. We had Issac as his crew from 4th Generation Landscaping do some work clearing out some natural areas that had gotten very overgrown with weeds, ivy, small brush and poison ivy. We also had them do some pruning on what stayed. After some discussion regarding future plans for our yard we decided to have them clear some areas where grass was failing to thrive and install some mulch. Their prices were reasonable for the amount of work we had done. His crew spent 3 days completing the tasks. Issac was very responsive to questions and communicated quickly as needed. We look forward to working with him in the future.

The Plant Guys truly did the impossible. When my wife and I moved into our first home last year, a backyard drainage problem caused by an underground spring and improper downspout installation by the builder created a situation where 1/3 of our backyard was nearly swamp-like conditions and unusable. We received several quotes from other landscape companies - some were very low and present an insufficient plan while others were more expensive than our down payment for the home. The plan and quote provided by Justin was not only the most thorough, it was also very reasonably priced for the amount of work it would be. The site crew was incredibly efficient and thorough. After all the work was completed, you never would have known there was such a major drainage issue. It's been just over 6 months since the work was complete and the backyard has remained completely dry and the grass looks beautiful. It's exciting to have a functional backyard and that was all possible due to The Plant Guys. I've now referred both my neighbors because they noticed the great work done by The Plant Guys. Can't recommend them enough!

Absolutely the BEST experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. We hired Carolina Metro Landscape for a large outdoor living project at our home in the SouthPark area of Charlotte, and they completely exceeded our expectations. From day one, they were professional, organized, and incredibly detailed. They showed up on time, called ahead with their ETA, and took the time to truly understand exactly what we wanted. What really stood out was their documentation and communication. They used GoPro cameras (with our permission) to make sure every detail of the design was captured correctly. They took thorough measurements, photos, and videos for the planning phase, especially since this was a fairly large outdoor patio and kitchen project. It gave us confidence that nothing would be missed. Once we approved the estimate, they set us up with the CompanyCam app. That was a game changer. All of our design plans, permit documents, 811 information, and progress updates were in one place. Since I don’t work from home, I was able to check in throughout the day and see updated photos and videos of the work in progress. They even had cameras recording while on site and a GoPro on one of the crew members so we could see exactly what materials were being installed. The transparency and communication were next-level. Now we have a stunning custom outdoor patio, a beautiful outdoor kitchen, upgraded plant beds, and a brand-new fire pit. The craftsmanship and attention to detail truly show.
