We feel very fortunate to have found Steve and This & That Property Service! Steve was one of five certified in-ground trampoline installers in Colorado that was recommended by Trampolines.com. While his quote was higher than the others, he knows how to do an in-ground trampoline the right way, with a pump you can turn on after it rains versus just leaving standing water underneath the trampoline, attracting bugs and such, like the lower cost estimates. Despite very little notice, Steve said he could accommodate our request to get the trampoline installed before summer break started, and he kept his word. His team worked fast, had the tramp done in a matter of days, and were very friendly. The trampoline looks absolutely phenomenal! I don’t know how we lived without it before. The kids are on it ALL THE TIME! Best money we’ve ever spent! We also kept coming up with new things we wanted done in our backyard and again, Steve got them done quickly so the yard would look great for a party we were having. He even accommodated requests like “Can you have someone pressure wash our patio tomorrow?” and made it happen. He is super easy to work with. For example, we wanted him to replace a dying Juniper and found a tree we really liked at a local nursery. I texted Steve and he had the nursery tag it, and then sent one of his crew to pick it up and come plant it within days. We’ve since had him plant two more trees and our yard has never looked better! We couldn’t ask for a better landscape company or nicer guy than Steve! We will definitely be repeat customers for years to come. Thanks Steve and This & That!

Colorado Landscape Denver added new raised garden beds last spring. The project went really smoothly and looks great with the added gravel with fabric underneath to keep weeds out. Last summer we had more tomatoes than ever and I know the improved soil and irrigation that were added made all the difference. We have used Colorado Landscape for years and love their service and work. We won’t use any other company. The owner Aaron is very hardworking and cares deeply about offering the best products and services. He has a great crew of employees too. And Vanessa gives excellent communication at the front desk re scheduling. They recently replaced our entire front yard lawn and landscaping (trees, bushes and flowers) and also built a patio and flagstone walkways for us. They also replaced most of our sprinkler system adding all new equipment and clock. This company stands begins their work and will make sure you are very happy with the outcome. If any issues, they are very good about changing and accommodating whatever needs to get done. They also service our sprinkler system every year with shut downs and turn ons and repairs. My neighbor down street also has used Colorado Landscape for years and also had a few large projects done that look gorgeous. We both highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.
